After submitting your resume through our hello@praxisrecruitment.ca email, our team of recruiters will review your qualifications and experience to see if you’d be a fit for current openings we’re actively recruiting for. If a good match is identified, a recruiter will reach out for an introductory phone call. If your candidacy seems viable that phone call will be followed by scheduling a video-conference interview with Praxis. This interview is to get to know you better and share specific details about roles you qualify for. We receive new openings from our clients daily, so if your experience fits with our repertoire ー even if we don’t have the perfect match open that day ー we’ll invite you to complete the Praxis application process. That way, you’ll be top of mind when the right position comes through, and we can accelerate your submission at that time.

We always have openings, and we get new openings in weekly! While we cannot guarantee a perfect fit is available on the day we connect, opening up the conversation with a Praxis recruiter will ensure that you’ll be the first to know as soon as something that fits your experience arises. What should I prepare for my Praxis interview?
Praxis will invite you to fill out our application prior to your meeting. It’s always a good idea to get into the right headspace for your interview. Begin thinking about your successes, your strengths, and your skills. It’s wise to have some examples of your big wins at the ready so you can articulate them for us. The better you can describe yourself, the better we can get you working with awesome people.

After my Praxis interview, how long will it take to be placed?
This is a good question! Unfortunately for many people, you won’t be placed with one of our awesome clients at all, and for some you’ll be able to find work through us. When you don’t get a role, try not to take it personally. It’s often not about you but rather than someone else had experience, education or skills that were just more closely aligned with what the client was looking for. Use the feedback we give you to make your next interview process that much stronger.
